Diagnosis & Treatment Manual, 5th Edition

The 5th edition of the Diagnosis and Treatment Manual for Physicians & Therapists is comprised of four volumes and over 1,200 pages.
Volumes 1 & 2 include treatment guidelines for over 250 upper extremity medical conditions and surgical procedures. Volumes 3 & 4 consist of patient handouts, with corresponding photographs of each exercise. Volume 3 is written in English, and Volume 4 is written in Spanish.
The co-authors of this 5th edition have extensive experience in treating medical conditions and surgical procedures related to the upper extremity. Throughout each manual, the authors share treatment pearls to help facilitate patient recovery.

Hand Care Conference

Hand Care is directed toward the practicing clinician and is presented at an intermediate level.
It is recommended for occupational therapists, physical therapists, physicians, physician assistants, and nurses with a special interest in hand rehabilitation.

Workstation Design

The Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center has been studying and evaluating proper computer workstation design and ergonomics for many years.
We’ve found that significant problems can arise from improper body positioning, improper equipment, long periods of time working on the computer without breaks, and poor body conditioning.
