Early registration is highly recommended. Registration is limited to 350 participants. You may register online or by mail. All registrations must include a completed course registration form.

Course Fees

  • Therapists: $710
  • Physicians: $860
  • Nurses/PAs: $710
  • Students*: $600

*Students: please send letter from your school (with your registration) verifying full-time student status
