IS THE MEETING ROOM IN THE SAME BUILDING AS THE SLEEPING ROOMS?
Yes, if you stay in our room block at the Embassy Suites, you will not have to leave the building to get to the meeting rooms.
WHAT IS THE DRESS ATTIRE FOR THE MEETING?
Dress is business casual. Wear clothing that will be comfortable while attending the lectures. The hotel conference rooms can change temperature throughout the day, so we suggest having a sweater or light jacket handy.
WILL BREAKFAST AND LUNCH BE PROVIDED?
Yes. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel as part of your meeting registration. We will also be providing lunch on Thursday and Friday.
WILL YOU HAVE SUGGESTIONS FOR PLACES TO EAT DINNER?
There will be a list of wonderful restaurants of all price ranges conveniently available at our hospitality desk.
HOW FAR IS THE MEETING HOTEL FROM THE AIRPORT?
Approximately 40 minutes. Our meeting has traditionally been held in downtown Indianapolis until 2022, and we are excited to offer it in our new location in Noblesville, IN again this year.
IF I NEED TO LEAVE EARLY, WILL I RECEIVE PARTIAL CREDITS FOR THE TIME I ATTENDED THE CONFERENCE?
Yes, you will receive credit for the hours you attended the conference.
HOW CAN I ACCESS THE POWERPOINTS?
There will be a meeting app that has the lectures uploaded. Additionally, the PowerPoints will be printed in the participant manual so you can take notes while listening.
HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY CONTINUING EDUCATION CERTIFICATE?
Upon completion of the course survey, you will receive your certificate with credits for the sessions you attended.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
Hand Care 2026 constitutes 19 contact hours of continuing education credits. One CEU is equivalent to 10 contact hours or 19 PDUs of continuing education. Hand Care 2026 provides 1.9 CEUs, which is equal to 19 PDUs.
The contact hours may be applied to the HTCC recertification requirements in ”Category A”.
IS THERE A VIRTUAL OPTION FOR HAND CARE 2026?
No, our Hand Care meeting will be in-person only. We are committed to creating a rich, interactive experience that maximizes networking opportunities, hands-on learning, and meaningful connections within our hand therapy community. Our focus is on delivering the highest quality in-person educational experience possible.
