Biography
Kathleen Gannon NP is a Nurse Practitioner with the Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center. She has been with IHTSC since July 2018 and previously worked for IHTSC from 1999 to 2005.
Kathleen has been a nurse since 1992 and graduated in 2017 from Indiana Wesleyan University with her MSN degree. Kathleen also obtained a Bachelor degree in English Literature from Purdue University in 1994. Her past work experience includes urgent care, primary care, hospice, and orthopedics.
She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, The Coalition of Advance Practice Nurses of Indiana, and The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. She participates in ongoing research projects at IHTSC and has given multiple educational lectures locally and nationally on Hospice and Palliative Care.
She has a passion for caring for others and volunteers locally for several medical clinics who serve the under privileged. She volunteers several times a year for medical and humanitarian mission trips around the world with a special focus in Africa, Guatemala, Colombia, and especially El Salvador where she travels to every three months.
