Fellowship Requirements

The requirements for the Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center are as follows:

• Universal hand surgery application
  
• Four letters of recommendation
  
• Current CV
  
• Medical school transcript – official sealed one not necessary (copy is okay).
• USMLE scores

Deadline for applications is December 1, 2010. Interviews are held mid-January through the end of March 2011. Dates have not been set at this time.
